Sumatra Concrete Factory was set up to solve a simple problem: contractors in and around Kampala were sourcing pavers from one supplier, blocks from another, and bricks from a third, with no consistency between batches.
We brought paver, block, and brick production onto one factory floor in Nansana, running Turkish-technology presses so a driveway paver, a wall block, and a boundary brick can all be ordered from the same place, to the same standard.

Cement & Aggregate
Graded aggregate and cement blended to the strength class of each product.
Oxide Pigment
Iron-oxide pigment for red and charcoal paver and brick finishes that hold their colour.
Washed Sand
Washed river sand for a dense, low-void concrete mix.
Reinforcement
Steel mesh and rebar available for reinforced kerb and slab orders.

Batching & Mix Design
Cement, aggregate, and sand are batched to the strength grade of the product being made.
Vibro-Compaction
Pavers, blocks, and bricks are pressed on Turkish machinery for a dense, consistent unit.
Curing
Units are cured under controlled conditions to reach full design strength before leaving the yard.
Loading & Delivery
Orders are palletised and delivered to site or collected direct from the factory in Nansana.
